- Operator: The person who establishes and operates the service homepage.
- Termination: The act of a member canceling their usage contract.
3. Additional Rules
If necessary, the operator may provide separate operating policies, and these will take precedence over these Terms of Use in case of overlap.
4. Conclusion of the Usage Contract
4.1 The usage contract is established when a person wishing to register as a member agrees to the contents of these Terms of Use, applies for membership, and the operator approves the application.
4.2 A person wishing to register as a member and use the services must read these Terms of Use and indicate their agreement by selecting "I agree" during the registration process.
5. Application for Service Use
5.1 Users wishing to register as members and use the site must provide the requested information (user ID, password, nickname, etc.).
5.2 Members who use another person's information, register false information, or do not provide their true information cannot claim any rights related to site usage and may be subject to legal penalties.
6. Privacy Policy
The site and operator do not possess the password provided during member registration, and related matters follow the site’s privacy policy. The operator strives to protect the personal information of members in accordance with relevant laws.
Members’ personal information protection follows the relevant laws and the site's privacy policy. However, the operator is not responsible for information exposed due to the member's own fault. If a member posts or distributes illegal content that is contrary to public order or national security, the operator may view the member’s data and provide it to relevant authorities upon request.
7. Operator’s Obligations
7.1 The operator must promptly handle any opinions or complaints raised by users if they are deemed legitimate. If quick processing is difficult due to personal circumstances, the operator will notify the user later or send a message or email.

However, the site may temporarily suspend the service on days or times specified by the site for regular system inspections, expansions, or replacements.
