1. SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • STANDARD SHIPPING FEE IS USD 25 / FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER USD 300.
  • YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL NOTIFICATION TO CONFIRM YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED.
  • INCORRECT ADDRESS INPUT MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL SHIPPING FEES DUE TO PRODUCT LOSS OR DELIVERY DELAYS.
  • PLEASE NOTE A SIGNATURE COULD BE REQUIRED TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER. PLEASE MAKE SURE SOMEONE IS AT THE DESTINATION OR YOU MAY ARRANGE ANOTHER TIME TO ATTEMPT DELIVERY.
  • IN THE CASE THAT THE CUSTOMER REFUSES TO RECEIVE THE PARCEL, THE ORDER WILL BE RETURNED TO THE OFFICE AND WILL NOT BE RE-SHIPPED. RELEVANT EXPENSES(ROUND-TRIP SHIPPING FEES, CUSTOMS, ETC.) WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUND.



2. CUSTOMS/IMPORT DUTIES

  • CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF REPUBLIC OF KOREA WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL IMPORT DUTIES AND TAX CHARGES THAT MAY BE APPLIED BY THEIR LOCAL CUSTOMS OFFICES ON DELIVERY TO THEIR COUNTRY.
  • PLEASE NOTE THAT WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THESE CHARGES SO IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO PREDICT THEIR AMOUNT.
  • ANY DELAY IN PAYING THESE CUSTOMS FEES WILL RESULT IN A DELAY IN THE DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER.

2. DELIVERY TIME

  • ORDERS ARE NORMALLY PROCESSED WITHIN 48H, MONDAY - FRIDAY.
  • IF AN ITEM REQUIRES MORE THAN THE STANDARD DELIVERY TIME OR IS OUT OF STOCK, WE WILL CONTACT YOU INDIVIDUALLY.



3. EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

  • FOR CHANGE OF MIND
  1. YOU MUST REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN VIA EMAIL (CS: CS@YILEEONLINE.COM) WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE PRODUCT.
  2. THE PRODUCT(S) MUST BE IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION, WITH THE TAGS ATTACHED, AND WITHOUT ANY SIGNS OF WEAR OR CONTAMINATION.
  3. REQUESTS FOR EXCHANGES OR RETURNS DUE TO CHANGE OF MIND THAT DO NOT MEET THESE CONDITIONS WILL BE DENIED.
  4. FOR EXCHANGES OR RETURNS DUE TO CHANGE OF MIND, ANY ADDITIONAL SHIPPING COSTS WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.


  • FOR DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECTLY SHIPPED ITEMS
  1. IF YOU RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE ITEM OR AN INCORRECT SHIPMENT, PLEASE CONTACT US VIA EMAIL WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT, INCLUDING PHOTOS OF THE ISSUE. WE WILL ASSIST YOU WITH A FREE EXCHANGE OR RETURN AS SOON AS WE CAN.

4. REFUNDS

  • PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE CUSTOMERS IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY RETURN SHIPPING COSTS.
  • ONCE THE RETURNED PRODUCT IS RECEIVED, WE WILL INSPECT THE ITEM AND PROCESS THE REFUND IF NO ISSUES ARE FOUND.

  • THE INITIAL SHIPPING COSTS WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUND AMOUNT.
  • REFUNDS WILL BE MADE USING THE SAME METHOD AS THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT. *REFUND PROCESSING TIMES MAY VARY DEPENDING ON THE CARD ISSUER.
  • SALES ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. ONLY REGULAR PRICED ITEM(S) MAY BE REFUNDED.
